The ORSO project has defined a simple sample model that can be included in the header of a reflectivity data file to describe the structure and materials the sample surface is made from.

On this page you can enter such a model description to see the evaluated sample structure and get a reflectivity model for XRR or NR measurements of that structure.

Sample Model:

The YAML header keys data_source/sample/model may be omitted when entering the data.

Evaluation of a full ORSO header will work, as well.
